Panthers QB Teddy Bridgewater is inactive for Week 11 and PJ Walker is going to start against the Lions.

The team will go with Walker to start, who has a good arm. This should boost the chances of Mike Davis getting looks against one of the worst run defenses in Detroit. But we’ve seen PJ can sling it, so the offense doesn’t take too much of a hit, especially against Detroit.

Update: Joe Person of The Athletic is reporting Bridgewater will not play.

Panthers QB Teddy Bridgewater got some practice work in today and there is optimism that he will play in Week 11 against the Lions.

Bridgewater is going to be a true game-time decision Sunday, but it is an early kickoff, so you'll know by late Sunday morning. He was limited all week in practice and was listed as questionable for Sunday. If Teddy does play, he at least gets a below-average Lions defense at home.

The Chiefs activated WR Mecole Hardman from the reserve/COVID list Saturday.

Some good news for the Chiefs at the wide receiver position after they ruled out Sammy Watkins. With Watkins out, Hardman should mix back in ahead of Demarcus Robinson and could be at least a flex option against the Raiders. He’s currently just outside our top 40 half-PPR receivers.

Watkins got in a full practice Wednesday but was downgraded to limited Thursday and Friday. He was originally listed as questionable for Week 11, but you can now get him out of your lineups again. Demarcus Robinson stands to benefit the most with Watkins out as well as Mecole Hardman, who is still on the Chiefs’ COVID list.

The Bengals have placed RB Joe Mixon on injured reserve.

Mixon is now out for at least the next three games as he continues to deal with a foot injury. The earliest he’ll return now would be Week 14 against the Cowboys, so you might get him back to the playoffs, but don’t completely rely on that. Mixon hasn’t played since Week 6. Giovani Bernard will continue to roll for the Bengals. He is our No. 22 RB in half-PPR.
