Jagaurs like Toby Gerhart's tough running style

The Jaguars were attracted to RB Toby Gerhart because of his ability to gain yards after contact and thrive on third down.

“Without a doubt,” RB coach Terry Richardson said of Gerhart’s physical running style. “He’s a horse. He’s a big guy, and I talked to one of his former [position] coaches, and he was saying Toby had the strongest legs he’s been around in terms of his leg drive and leg power. We’re excited about that.”

Fantasy Impact:

The Saints officially listed QB Derek Carr (left hand/concussion) as doubtful for Sunday vs. Washington. Jake Haener will make his first NFL start.

RB Alvin Kamara (illness) is off the injury report and good to go.

It would have been an easy click for a Kendre Miller week if Kamara were forced to miss, but this puts the kibosh on that. Fire Kamara up as an RB2 this week in a game that may feature him even more than usual with no Carr.
