Report: Patriots fear ligament and/or tendon damage for Mac Jones

The Patriots fear QB Mac Jones suffered ligament and/or tendon damage to his ankle during Sunday's loss to the Ravens.

Fantasy Impact:

Jones was seen screaming in pain after injuring his ankle. X-rays were negative, but X-rays of course won't show ligament damage. He'll undergo further testing on Monday, but the thought is that the injury is serious. Brian Hoyer and rookie Bailey Zappe are the other quarterbacks on the Patriots roster. Jones went 22/32 for 321 yards but threw three interceptions against the Ravens, who dropped to 1-2 on the year.

Update: Adam Schefter reports it is a high-ankle sprain for Jones.
