Carnell Tate will miss Thursday’s practice with shoulder injury

Oct 29, 2026

Carnell Tate (shoulder) won't practice again today for the @Titans

Fantasy Impact:

Consecutive missed practices make Tate’s Friday participation important. If he sits Sunday, Wan'Dale Robinson would become a stronger PPR WR3/FLEX option, while Elic Ayomanor would gain deeper-league FLEX appeal. Calvin Ridley could also benefit if his own hip injury allows him to return. Gunnar Helm would have a better opportunity to absorb underneath targets, although he would remain a desperation tight end streamer.

Emeka Egbuka practicing in regular jersey Thursday

Greg Auman

WR Emeka Egbuka was wearing a regular jersey at Thursday’s practice after working in a non-contact jersey Wednesday, according to Greg Auman. Egbuka is recovering from concussion and foot injuries.

Fantasy Impact:

Egbuka is moving closer to returning and would be a WR2 option if cleared for his normal workload against Atlanta. His availability would strengthen Baker Mayfield’s SuperFlex outlook while making Ted Hurst and Tez Johnson difficult to trust outside deeper leagues. Chris Godwin would remain a deeper-league FLEX consideration with another prominent target back in the mix.

Ja'Marr Chase expected to play Sunday despite ankle injury

Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase’s ankle injury is not considered serious, and he is expected to play Sunday against Tennessee.

Fantasy Impact:

Chase remains an elite WR1 if available for his normal workload, and this report gives managers reason to keep him penciled into starting lineups. His return would also preserve Joe Burrow’s high-end QB1 upside. Should Chase unexpectedly miss Sunday, Tee Higgins would have a clear path to WR1 volume, while Dohnte Meyers would become a deeper-league FLEX consideration and Mike Gesicki would gain tight end streaming appeal.

Matthew Golden trending toward playing Thursday night

Packers WR Matthew Golden, listed as questionable with shoulder and foot injuries, is trending toward playing against the Panthers on Thursday night, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports.

Fantasy Impact:

Golden would be a WR2 option if active for his usual workload, with managers able to confirm his status before tonight’s kickoff. His availability would give Jordan Love another reliable target against Carolina’s depleted secondary. If Golden sits, Christian Watson would have stronger WR1 upside and Savion Williams would become a more appealing deeper-league FLEX. Tucker Kraft remains a strong TE1 either way.
