Buccaneer WRs Mike Evans, Emeka Egbuka expected to play on MNF

After missing three games with a hamstring injury, Mike Evans will make his return to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lineup on Monday night. Coming into the game with a questionable tag, Evans will be active for the first time in almost a month, sources told CBS Sports' Matt Zenitz.

Furthermore, Emeka Egbuka, who suffered a hamstring injury last week and was also listed as questionable, worked out pregame and will play, per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Fantasy Impact:

Evans seemed to have a better chance to play, but now both WRs will go on MNF, giving Mayfield a couple of more weapons in what could be a high-scoring game with the Lions.

We won't know more until later in the week, but those counting on Daniels in Week 8 will need a backup plan. Mariota will get the call if Daniels can't play, but if you have a better option it may be best to go that direction. With six teams on byes in Week 8, owners should make a plan sooner than later.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said last week that he expects quarterback Lamar Jackson to return to action after the team’s Week 7 bye, but he wasn’t on the field for the team’s first practice since returning to work.

Multiple reporters at Monday’s practice shared that Jackson remains off the field, the story said. It went on to say the Ravens did get some players back on the field - linebacker Roquan Smith and cornerback Chidobe Awuzie were both practicing after missing time with hamstring injuries, so that makes the fact that Jackson wasn't among those players something to pay attention to.
