Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert, who is listed as questionable because of his chest injury, is not expected to play tonight against the Titans, per source.

The Dolphins have said they will use caution with Mostert, who looks like he will miss another week. Achane should be the team's main back but Wright and Wilson will likely factor in as well. How the game script goes against the Titans will likely dictate how much work Achane loses to Wright and Wilson. In a 28-3 loss last week, Achane had 14 touches to Wright's 2 and Wilson's 3.

Mike McDaniel says that Terron Armstead will play against Seattle, but said that he's pessimistic about Raheem Mostert (though he wouldn't rule it out).

Achane should once again get a huge workload, with Wilson and Wright rotating in. Wilson and/or Wright can be played in Flex spots if you're desperate, but it's probably best to just consider Achane a top-10 option.

Though he may not play a full complement of snaps, Achane should be in lineups tonight. Jeff Wilson makes for an interesting FLEX play as well.

This is great news for Mostert drafters, and he needs to be kept on all rosters moving forward. It sounds like there's a chance he could be back as soon as Week 3.

Dolphins RB Devon Achane, dealing with an ankle sprain, will work out pregame tonight to determine his availability against the Bills. But based on how he feels and how he practiced yesterday, there is optimism that he plays, per me and Cameron Wolfe, even on a short week.

With Raheem Mostert already ruled out, Achane's availability is going to very seriously impact a running back rotation that is always heavily involved in this explosive offense. As it stands, if Achane plays, he need to be in lineups due to his incredible efficiency.

Wilson is a must-start if Achane misses Week 2, and is probably not a bad Flex play, even if he does. The Dolphins have proven —like the 49ers— that whoever is getting the touches is immediately fantasy-relevant. Add Wilson everywhere you can, and maybe even Wright if you can't get to Wilson.

The Dolphins’ injury report remained the same Tuesday as it was estimated Monday. That’s not good news for the running back position.

Running backs De’Von Achane (ankle) and Raheem Mostert (chest) did not participate. Wide receiver Malik Washington (quad) also was a non-participant.

As the story pointed out, neither Achane nor Mostert left the game with their injuries, though the Dolphins gave Jeff Wilson Jr. five rushing attempts in the fourth quarter with Achane getting four and Mostert two. Achane played 37 total snaps and Mostert 31 in the victory over the Jaguars. On a short week, this will need to be monitored leading up to Thursday night.

Looks like Miami will run it back with their ultra efficient two-headed monster from 2023. Mostert makes a very good selection when fantasy teams miss out on Achane.

Missing a Wednesday practice isn't a big deal for a vet, but for a rookie that's been dealing with a toe issue, it's a different story. Achane has been limited in his last two games, garnering 22 opportunities (carries + targets) for only 93 combined yards and 11.3 half-PPR fantasy points. Against a stout Ravens run-defense, it could be difficult to trust him as more than a FLEX play, though his explosiveness can turn any touch into a huge play, so it may be all about risk tolerance in Week 17.

Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel told reporters that he expects RB De'Von Achane (toe) to play against the Cowboys. He also reiterated that WR Tyreek Hill (ankle) had no setbacks, and he feels good about Hill playing.

Mostert and Achane have proven that they can both be great fantasy assets when they're sharing the field. The Cowboys have an off-and-on run defense, but the game is expected to be very high-scoring, which opens up a lot of touchdown equity. Both options should be considered RB2s, and it's not outlandish to play them both in the same lineup.
