Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill's 2026 status in question

With surgery today, it’s possible that Tyreek Hill will undergo additional surgeries. There is no guarantee he’ll be ready for 2026.

None of his 2026 salary is guaranteed now, but $11M (of $29.9M) becomes fully guaranteed if he’s on the roster in March, plus a $5M roster bonus.

Fantasy Impact:

The Tyreek injury saps some explosiveness out of a Dolphins offense based on it. We should expect more work out of Waddle, while the WR2 role is theoretically Washington's, though it will likely be spread around to a number of faces. We'll have to see exactly how that plays out in the upcoming weeks.

Week 16 vs. San Francisco 49ers

Malik Washington is outside of the top 50 wide receivers this week but should be on the DFS radar this week. San Francisco is 2nd aFPA against wide receivers but will see an expanded role without Jaylen Waddle. Washington isn't under consideration in standard leagues, but could be a value punt for DFS players looking for a low-owned play. It's not a great situation, but it's a name to monitor.
