Trevor Lawrence has gotten hot over the last month of the season. In Week 14, he threw for 368 yards and three touchdowns. If that wasn’t enough for you, he added another touchdown on the ground, finishing with 36.42 DK points as the QB1 overall on the week! Miles Sanders and the Philadelphia Eagles had a huge rushing day. Sanders finished as the RB3 on the week with 144 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns, good for 31.5 DK points. Justin Jefferson didn’t get into the end zone last Sunday, but when you catch 11 balls for 223 yards, you can still finish as the WR1 overall on the week with 36.3 DK points. After weeks of stanning for Ja’Marr Chase, he comes through for us with 31.5 DK points and a WR3 overall finish. We got a second running back in the winning lineup in Week 14, and it was a familiar face. Tony Pollard was at it again, winning people $100k with his 22.2 DK points and finishing as the sixth-best running back play in Week 14.

Reviewing our optimal options from Week 14, Tua Tagovailoa was a bit of a disaster. The Dolphins couldn’t get anything going through the air on Sunday Night. Tagovailoa completed just 36% of his passes and only threw one touchdown pass. QB17 is not good enough to win a tournament. Rhamondre Stevenson was equally disappointing, but I’ll blame that on his ankle injury in the first quarter. Stevenson did return to the game, but after testing it out, he went back to the sideline and only played 13 total snaps in the game. Despite his quarterback underperforming, Tyreek Hill salvaged a WR14 overall finish on four catches for 81 yards and a touchdown. Amon-Ra St. Brown was disappointing despite a game environment that ended up with 57 points being scored between the two teams and the Lions scoring 34 of those. He finished with 13.4 DK points which was only good for WR29 in Week 14. Kirk Cousins hit as the value play at the position, finishing the week as QB5 overall. The value pick at wide receiver was Christian Kirk, but unfortunately, all that passing production from Trevor Lawrence went to Evan Engram, not Kirk, who finished with only 9.5 points, good for WR43 on the week. Onward to Week 15!

Optimal Options

If money is no object, here are the best plays at each starting spot based on the Week 15 rankings over at 4for4.

Justin Herbert, QB LAC (Elite FP: $350, Rare FP: $25)

Herbert is the fifth-ranked quarterback on the week at 4for4 and is projected to score 22.2 DK points. I think all pieces of the Chargers are in your lineup this week against Tennesee. Los Angeles is running the league's second most plays per game, averaging 68.4 on the season, 72 over the last three weeks, and an incredible 78 in Week 14. That all starts with Herbert. Los Angeles is a three-point home favorite against the Tennessee Titans. Tennesee is a pass-funnel, giving up the fourth-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to the position. The Chargers have a 25.25-point implied team total, the fifth-highest of the week.

Derrick Henry, RB TEN (Elite FP: $390, Rare FP: $32)

Henry was on his way to a massive day after rushing for more than 90 yards in the first quarter against Jacksonville in Week 14. Instead, the Titans went away from the run in the second half, and Henry added just two more rushing yards the rest of the way. The good news is that he saw five targets and caught three for 34 yards. He has a 10.1% target share on the season, which is a career-high mark. Henry is the third-ranked running back at 4for4 and is projected to score 24 DK points with the bonus for 100 rushing yards. Tennessee is an early three-point road dog against the Los Angeles Chargers, who give up the 13th-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to opposing running backs. The Titans have a 22.25-point implied team total, the 13th-highest of the week.

Ja’Marr Chase, WR CIN (Elite FP: $650, Rare FP: $68)

Chase is ranked as the WR4 at 4for4 and is projected to score 19.5 DK points. With Tee Higgins banged up and Tyler Boyd out for a couple of weeks, Chase could get the target volume that could turn into a slate-breaking kind of week. The Cincinnati Bengals are a three-and-a-half-point road favorite against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who give up the tenth-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. The Bengals have a 23.75-point implied team total, the seventh-highest of the week.

Tyreek Hill, WR MIA (Elite FP: $445, Rare FP: $32)

Hill is the third-best wide receiver play according to 4for4 rankings and is projected to score 24.4 DK points with the bonus for 100 yards. Miami is a seven-and-a-half-point road dog against the division-rival Buffalo Bills. Buffalo is giving up the sixth-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to the position. The Dolphins have a 17.5-point implied team total, the fourth-fewest of the week.

CeeDee Lamb, WR DAL (Elite FP: $625, Rare FP: $50)

Lamb is the sixth-ranked wide receiver at 4for4 and is projected to score 17.5 DK points. Dallas is a four-point road favorite against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who give up the third-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to the position. The Cowboys have a 25.75-point implied team total, tied for the fourth-highest of the week.

Value Plays

Mike White, QB NYJ (Elite FP: $300, Rare FP: $40)

Mike White is ranked as the QB13 this week by 4for4 and is projected to score 18.4 DK points. This is a pickup for the next two weeks, as White has fantastic matchups in both Weeks 15 and 16. Watch the injury reports in case he can’t play due to his injured ribs. The Jets are a one-point home favorite against the Detroit Lions, who are giving up the third-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. The Jets have a 22.5-point implied team total, the 12th-highest of the week.

Keenan Allen, WR LAC (Elite FP: $320, Rare FP: $25)

Allen is ranked as the WR9 at 4for4 and is projected to score 15.8 DK points. For all the reasons discussed under the Justin Herbert section, Allen is a fantastic play. The Titans give up the second-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.
