Tight end Josh Oliver broke a bone in his foot while running on Sunday. HC Doug Marrone said, via Brent Martineau of ESPN690 Jacksonville, that Oliver was “devastated” by the development and that he will need surgery to repair the injury.
Oliver is now dealing with fractures in his back and is expected to miss time. The Jags have lost James O'Shaughnessy and Geoff Swaim prior to Oliver. DeValve and Koyack are also listed on the depth chart. This likely isn't a place to find TE help but it may be worth keeping an eye on how this situation shakes out.
Oliver was only targeted two times and had one catch for six yards while DeValve saw one target and one catch for 11 yards. Oliver is probably still trying to catch up after missing six weeks so he not necessarily safe for lineups just yet. Maybe in deeper leagues he's worth a stash.

Jaguars TE Josh Oliver (hamstring) took full practice reps again Friday. He is expected to make his debut this week with Geoff Swaim out. He could become a streaming option but we aren't expecting much in his NFL debut.
