Stribling got the injury during Thursday's preseason game against the Chargers, but the good news is the injury is minor for Stribling to just be day-to-day. The second-round rookie has turned in a strong camp thus far and there are reports he could be in for a bigger role come Week 1. Stribling is becoming a very intriguing late-round flyer, currently going in the 11th round in 12-team leagues.

Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters Saturday that quarterback Michael Penix has been cleared for 11-on-11 drills and will practice Monday.

Penix had been recovering from a torn ACL. He now gets his chance to compete with Tua Tagovailoa and the door is open for Penix to reclaim the starting job following Tagovailoa's struggles so far in the preseason. Atlanta has one more preseason game, Friday against Tagovailoa's former team, the Dolphins.
