O.J. Howard ruled out against Seattle

Buccaneers TE O.J. Howard will not play Sunday against the Seahawks with a hamstring injury.

Fantasy Impact:

Howard will miss his second straight game after not practicing all week. Cameron Brate did not practice Wednesday with a rib injury but returned as a limited participant Thursday so he should be good to go, giving Tampa Bay a solid option at the position with Howard out again. Brate caught three passes for 32 yards last week against the Titans. But Seattle is 28th against opposing tight ends in PPR so Brate could be worth a streaming look this week.
