Sunday night’s game was stopped for several minutes in the first half after Bills running back Damien Harris was injured on a short run.

Harris suffered a neck injury after being hit by Giants linebacker Bobby Okereke and he was loaded on a backboard before being taken off the field by an ambulance.

Harris was able to flash a thumbs up before leaving the field and the Bills announced that he had movement in his arms and legs shortly after the injury.

The tweet went on to say Knox's timeline is to be determined, but the hope is he won’t miss much time, especially with the bye this week for the Bills. Knox actually threw a two-point conversion after he suffered the injury. Gilliam and Sweeney are next up on the depth chart but probably don't offer the fantasy production Knox has given this season. The Bills had one of their most wide-open snap shares among tight ends against Seattle. In most games, they’ve had one top tight end available who gets the majority of snaps. In Dawson Knox’s first game back Sunday from a calf injury and the Reserve/COVID-19 list, he finished slightly behind Tyler Kroft in snaps. Knox’s 24 reps were six shy of Kroft’s 30, but the more intriguing development was the uptick in usage for undrafted rookie Reggie Gilliam. Against Seattle, Gilliam had 13 snaps, his highest share of the season.

The story added some of Gilliam's snaps came on goal-line plays, but the Bills worked Gilliam into offensive formations more. Outside of Kroft’s touchdown, the position overall was a non-factor in the passing game. Kroft’s 1-yard touchdown catch was the only attempt to a tight end the whole game.
