Jaguars Head Coach Doug Marrone announced that Mike Glennon will start at quarterback in Week 13.
It appears as if the Jaguars are taking a week-to-week approach at quarterback. Gardner Minshew should be healthy enough to return but continues to sit in favor of Glennon or Jake Luton. While Glennon did enough to get another start this past week, he could be benched at the first sign of trouble. It is unclear if Minshew or Luton would take over under center if Glennon were removed from the starting role.
Ravens running backs Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins are eligible to come off the Reserve/COVID list but neither is expected to be activated for Wednesday's game.
The news should lock Gus Edwards into a starting role with Justice Hill slotting in as the backup Wednesday against Pittsburgh. Ingram and Dobbins will likely be back for Week 13, although nothing is certain in the COVID era.
The 21-day window to activate him ends Dec. 2, according to the tweet, and he hasn't practiced much last few weeks. The last game he played was exactly two years ago, in college. He tore his ACL on the very last play, the tweet said.
