Bills RB James Cook (hamstring) is off the injury report and good to go Sunday vs. the Jets.
Related Players: Ray Davis, Ty Johnson
Fantasy Impact:
All systems go for James Cook as a high-end RB2 here. Keep Davis in the desperation RB4 range.

Raiders TE Brock Bowers, who was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a knee injury, didn’t practice today.
Related Players: Ian Thomas
Hopefully this was more of a rest day, but Bowers has been dealing with this issue for a few weeks now. Ian Thomas can be left out of streaming consideration, even if the sophomore misses Week 5.
The Commanders have ruled out WR Terry McLaurin, WR Noah Brown and G Sam Cosmi before traveling to LA to play the Chargers.
Related Players: Deebo Samuel, Luke McCaffrey, Zach Ertz, Chris Moore
Still no word on Samuel, so that's a good sign for his availability this weekend. He earned nine opportunities last week, turning them into 81 total yards and a touchdown. He'll be locked into a WR2 role unless he has a pre-game setback.
Ravens QB Lamar Jackson did not practice for a second straight day with a hamstring injury.
Safety Kyle Hamilton (groin) also didn’t practice Thursday after being limited yesterday.
Related Players: Cooper Rush
All signs are pointing toward a Cooper Rush start versus the Texans defense, and that's not something we'd want to attack in fantasy. Outside of Derrick Henry and Zay Flowers, we should be avoiding the Ravens with Jackson sidelined.
