Fantasy Football Quarterback Streaming Week 7: Don't Shy Away From Jaxson Dart

Quarterbacks didn’t exactly shine during Week 6. There were only two quarterbacks who threw for at least 300 passing yards. Even worse, only four quarterbacks threw for at least 275 yards. Touchdowns weren’t exactly plentiful, either, with just five quarterbacks registering more than two touchdown passes.
Only two teams will be on a bye during Week 7, but they are two big ones in the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens. Those who roster Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson might be forced to hit the waiver wire to find their starting quarterback for fantasy.
For streaming purposes, 4for4’s Schedule-Adjusted Fantasy Points Allowed (aFPA) is a metric we rely heavily on to determine weekly matchup strength. As the season progresses and more data is available, aFPA becomes more and more reliable, using rolling 10-week data.
To provide advice you can implement, candidates for streaming must be rostered in no more than 40% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues.

Week 6 Recap
Jaxson Dart was our biggest winner from last week as he thrived against the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday Night Football. Not only did he throw for 195 yards and one touchdown, but he also added 58 rushing yards and a rushing score. He has created a dynamic pairing with Cam Skattebo, who ran for three scores in the Giants’ upset victory.
As far as disappointments go, Cam Ward takes the cake. He couldn’t get much going against the Raiders, throwing for 222 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. It was just his third touchdown pass of the season, and it marked his fourth straight game with an interception.

Jaxson Dart (Giants) at Broncos
The New York Giants finally have hope again, and Dart is the main reason why. After a 0-3 start, the team is 2-1 since Dart took over. While their loss was a disappointing one to the Saints, they pulled off upsets over the Chargers and Eagles. Dart is thriving despite Malik Nabers (knee) being out for the season. Last week, he didn’t even have Darius Slayton (hamstring) at his disposal. The rookie has completed at least 65.0% of his passes in all three games.
What makes Dart so appealing in fantasy is his ability to be productive with his legs. Over his three games as a starter, he has run for 167 yards and two touchdowns. Given the lack of talent around him at wide receiver, the Giants will likely continue to rely heavily on Dart within their rushing attack. A matchup against the Broncos is not ideal, but it’s rare to find a quarterback with Dart’s rushing upside on the waiver wire. He is rostered in 32% of Yahoo leagues right now, so he might not be eligible for this column much longer.
