2022 San Francisco 49ers Fantasy Football Preview

It’s no secret what the 49ers intend to do on offense after attempting the league’s fourth-fewest passes in the only two seasons Jimmy Garoppolo stayed healthy, most recently entrusting its backfield machination for a combined 25.7 touches per game. San Francisco also finished 30th in pass play rate from neutral game script last year including second to last in Trey Lance’s couplet of starts. There are real concerns over the team’s interior o-line cratering between LG Aaron Banks (five total snaps in 2021), C Jake Brendel (2016 UDFA), and RG Daniel Brunskill (permitted the seventh-most pressures at his position last year), making the 49ers’ offense much more volatile than perceived.
