Broncos at Chiefs Odds

Mahomes, Nix Coming Off Injuries

Our quarterback matchup tonight features two quarterbacks who are coming off injuries. Patrick Mahomes tore his ACL against the Chargers last December but is expected to play tonight after making a strong recovery. He should be hungry to get back on the field as the Chiefs missed the playoffs in 2025 for the first time in a decade. The Chiefs were just 6-8 in his starts last season, and Mahomes threw 22 touchdown passes.

Bo Nix broke his ankle setting up a game-winning field goal against the Buffalo Bills in the Divisional Playoffs. It caused him to miss the AFC Championship Game, where the Broncos fell to the Patriots. Nix had surgery and has had a successful recovery meaning he is also ready to rock for tonight's game. Nix threw 25 touchdown passes last season while leading the Broncos to a 14-3 record.
