Marquez Valdez-Scantling should step back into a high upside situation for the Packers against the Patriots in a game with the second highest implied total of Week 9. In Weeks 5 and 6 with Allison out, MVS posted lines of 7-68-1 and 3-103 on 16 total targets. He could again be heavily targeted with Adams expected to get shadow coverage from Patriots lock down corner Stephon Gilmore. Over the last five weeks, Gilmore has allowed just eight catches on 25 targets for 96 yards.
Allison is set to return as a borderline WR2 after missing three games. Prior to going down, he was averaging 15 PPR PPG through the first month of the season. We see no reason for him to take a significant step back and have him as a mid-range WR3 for the rest of the season. It's been a month since Cobb last played, but even before getting hurt, he had been largely ineffective outside of a fantastic Week 1.
