Jets QB Sam Darnold will be back into the starting lineup Sunday against the Dolphins and head coach Adam Gase will resume playcalling duties.

Fantasy Impact:

As Mortensen notes, this pretty much ties the future of the two together, though it’s obviously well-expected neither will be with the team in 2021. The offense started looking reasonable over the last few weeks with Dowell Loggains calling the shots. The offense likely will fall back under Gase’s direction, so proceed with caution against a very solid Dolphins defense.

Ravens TE Mark Andrews tested positive for COVID.

Fantasy Impact:

He will obviously miss Tuesday’s game against the Steelers. As Schefter notes, Andrews is now at least the 11th Ravens player to go on the reserve/COVID list. Newly-signed practice squad member Luke Willson may get thrust into action. The Ravens didn’t have anyone else listed at TE on their depth chart. That is, of course, if Willson gets over his illness and gets elevated to the active roster in time for Tuesday’s game.

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts has been starting to get first-team reps at practice, ahead of Carson Wentz.

Fantasy Impact:

No word yet on if the Eagles will actually make the change yet, despite many fans and media calling for the benching of Wentz. It will be quite interesting over the next day or so, leading up to the Monday night tilt with the Seahawks. Pederson has taken a liking to Hurts in some packages this season and in some two-point plays. The Eagles need some kind of speak soon or heads could be rolling.
