Philadelphia Eagles RB Wendall Smallwood ruled questionable

Eagles head coach Doug Pederson relayed the message that Smallwood (knee) would not practice today, culminating in a week of DNPs.

Fantasy Impact:

If Smallwood is ruled out for the week it would leave the bulk of the carries to LeGarrette Blount, Corey Clement, and Kenjon Barner. We have Blount ranked as a top-26 option in both standard and PPR leagues this week, following his best game of the season in which he carried the ball 16 times for 136 yards (both season-highs).

The Saints officially listed QB Derek Carr (left hand/concussion) as doubtful for Sunday vs. Washington. Jake Haener will make his first NFL start.

RB Alvin Kamara (illness) is off the injury report and good to go.

Fantasy Impact:

It would have been an easy click for a Kendre Miller week if Kamara were forced to miss, but this puts the kibosh on that. Fire Kamara up as an RB2 this week in a game that may feature him even more than usual with no Carr.
