A.J. Brown expected back in Week 10 following bye

Eagles WR A.J. Brown, who is out Sunday with a hamstring injury, is expected back in Week 10 when the team returns from their bye.

Fantasy Impact:

Brown missed practice all week and will not play against the Giants. He’ll get an extra week of rest with the Eagles off in Week 9. He’ll also get an extra day of rest in Week 10 as the Eagles play on Monday night in Green Bay. There has been plenty of speculation surrounding a trade involving Brown, but Adam Schefter cooled off those rumors Saturday by saying the Eagles are not expected to trade Brown before the deadline on November 3. It’s been a slow start for Brown and the Eagles offense but they’re still sitting at 5-2 going into Sunday’s game against the Giants.

Fox didn’t even replay the play. That, plus the fact they put an air case on him, likely tells you all you need to know. A very unfortunate situation for the Giants and a great person. Tyrone Tracy will likely take over as the lead back with Devin Singletary also getting work.

The Packers activated WR Christian Watson from injured reserve Saturday.

Fantasy Impact:

Watson is expected to make his season debut Sunday against the Steelers. The 21-day window for Watson was coming to a close, but Watson was trending towards returning to game action. Expect the Packers to ease Watson back into game action this week. Green Bay should also be getting Jayden Reed back in a couple of weeks, giving Jordan Love his full group of weapons.

Terry McLaurin, Deebo Samuel both playing Monday

Fantasy Impact:

McLaurin is back after missing four games with a quad injury, while Samuel missed last week’s game with a heel injury. Both were full participants in practice Friday. Having both back in the lineup will be a huge boost for Marcus Mariota, who will get another start in place of the injured Jayden Daniels, who is still dealing with a hamstring strain.
