Jets HC Aaron Glenn said RB Breece Hall will be out 2-3 weeks.

Glenn said he expects Hall to be ready for the regular season opener vs. the Titans, but it's still worth monitoring. If you plan to be a Hall owner, drafting Allen may be a good idea. He's had a good camp and could end up going earlier in drafts, especially with the Hall news. The Jets could bring in another back with Davis also out for a bit.

Adams said two WR sets would still be Pierce and Downs. Allen mostly seems to help the depth of the team, and Adams pointed out the WRs in the 4-6 pecking order will now compete for those roles instead of the WR3 role. So based on that, Allen seems like he'll have a role this season and could be a name to target later in fantasy drafts, especially deeper leagues.

Fantasy Impact:

Allen looked to be the team's RB3 behind Tuten and Rodriguez, but RB3s are worth paying attention to in deeper leagues, and, especially in this case where both Tuten and Rodriguez are mostly unproven backs. Dallas and Adbullah could battle it out for the RB3 role with Allen missing time. As for Washington, the timetable of returning next week is a good sign the team is probably just taking it easy with him. He's become a top target for QB Trevor Lawrence since last season and reports say it's continued this year in camp so far.

There is no other information available yet, but it sounds like it could be a longer-term injury for Coleman, who has slipped down the depth chart since he was drafted by the Bills. This certainly won't help Coleman's chances of breaking out if this is a longer-term injury.
