Falcons WR Drake London day-to-day with shoulder injury

Drake London exited Sunday's season opener between the Atlanta Falcons and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fourth quarter due to a shoulder injury and did not return. The Falcons were already thin at the wide receiver position going into Sunday's game. Darnell Mooney is also battling a shoulder injury that kept him out of Week 1.

According to a report from NFL insider Ian Rapoport, London suffered a shoulder strain and is considered day-to-day.

Fantasy Impact:

Considering Mooney was a game-time decision, he will likely make his season debut in Week 2, the story added. London appears to have avoided a major injury, but there's still some uncertainty about his status for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. We'll hopefully know more Wednesday when the injury report comes out, but this will be something to monitor for those invested in the Falcon offense.

49ers officially are signing veteran kicker Eddy Pineiro to their active roster on a one-year deal, per his agents Drew Rosenhaus and Robert Bailey.

The Niners worked out Pineiro and he's now the official replacement for Moody. Pineiro could be on the fantasy radar this season assuming he sticks with the team. San Francisco is banged up at the moment, but could be a high-scoring team once they get back to full strength.

Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels appeared on Monday’s injury report with a right wrist issue, but there’s no concern about his availability for Thursday’s game against the Packers.

Head coach Dan Quinn said at his Tuesday press conference that the team has “zero concerns” about Daniels’ health.

The story went on to say Quinn explained that listing Daniels as a full participant on the estimated practice report was simply about transparency, and that the rookie is on track to play without restrictions. Daniels played every snap in the Week 1 win over the Giants, going 19-of-30 for 233 yards and a touchdown while adding 68 rushing yards on 11 carries.
