Davante Adams pulls up while running route, heads to locker room

Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes will undergo an MRI on his knee Monday, head coach Andy Reid said Sunday.

Mahomes injured his left knee late in the fourth quarter of the Chiefs’ 16-13 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. As a result of the loss, coupled with wins by the Jaguars, Bills and Texans, the Chiefs will miss the postseason for the first time since 2014. We’ll see if that plays into how long Mahomes will be out for, if at all, but this is certainly unfamiliar territory for the Chiefs, to be out of playoff contention with three weeks left. Gardner Minshew came on in relief of Mahomes and threw an interception to seal the game for the Chargers.

Bears WR Rome Odunze re-aggravated his foot injury and has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Browns.

Odunze was initially ruled active for the game but likely had a late issue, causing the Bears to rule him out just before kickoff. If you still can, get him out of your lineup.

49ers RB Christian McCaffrey is expected to play Sunday against the Titans after he was late add Saturday to the injury report with a back injury.

McCaffrey is listed as questionable and while late adds can be a 50/50 ball, it’s sounding like McCaffrey will be available for the start of your playoff run this week against the Titans in what should be a good matchup for him. CMC remains our No. 1 player this week.
