Lions RB D'Andre Swift is questionable to play Sunday against the Green Bay Packers, according to Tori Petry of the Detroit Lions.

Fantasy Impact:

It has been reported that if Swift plays, it will be in a limited role, so know that an active Swift is not going to be the same player who dominated the backfield one month ago.

Ben Roethlisberger will indeed be back as the #Steelers starting QB this fall. Just connected w/ the two-time Super Bowl winner’s agent, Ryan Tollner, who said this:

"They want Ben back and will contact me soon to address his cap situation"

It appears Ben Roethlisberger will remain a Pittsburgh Steeler for an 18th season. The 38-year old is currently ranked QB27 in 4for4's never-too-early rankings.

Chris Godwin wants to remain in Tampa, but also get paid

Godwin said he wants a long term deal, but if he’s tagged he’s fine with it and will work for a long term deal next year.

Fantasy Impact:

It appears free agent wideout Chris Godwin won't be playing for a hometown discount in 2021. Head coach Bruce Arians has been vocal about wanting to keep Godwin in a Bucs uniform, so it will be interesting to see if they franchise him or let the 24-year old explore other offers.

From NFL Now: It's looking more likely that #Raiders starting QB Derek Carr is back for 2021, while backup QB Marcus Mariota is not. He's been the subject of trade calls.

Derek Carr is currently 4for4's QB17 in John Paulsen's 'never too early rankings'. Six-year veteran Marcus Mariota has garnered some interest from various teams across the league and could find himself a third NFL home in the coming weeks.
