The Titans could take wide receiver Kevin Walter off the physically unable to perform list as early as Monday, since they will have played six games.
It’s highly doubtful, however. Walter, who underwent disc surgery in late July, is still on the mend.
“Nothing immediate, no,” HC Mike Munchak said regarding the timetable for taking Walter off the PUP list. “He hasn’t done enough to see really where he’s at physically. He’s been doing his rehab and running, doing some light things and progressing, but he’s not ready to compete yet.”
Walter said he had a minor setback during rehab exercises just over a week ago.
