Tier One

WR1. Justin Jefferson -- Jefferson unfathomably left meat on the bone as the 2022 Offensive Player of the Year in converting just 2-of-14 end zone targets into touchdowns, the lowest rate (14.2%) of any player (8) with at least 13 targets in the paint. His 8.0-yard depth of target without T.J. Hockenson also leaped to 11.4 alongside the latter, who replaced Jefferson underneath for a team-high share (60%) of opportunity within nine yards of the line of scrimmage upon joining the Vikings.

WR2. Cooper Kupp -- The WR1 in points per game (18.2) last year, Kupp also led all receivers in target share (33.3%) and fantasy points (20.3 per game) in the only eight appearances he finished with Matthew Stafford. Note that last year's offense was Sean McVay's first to average less than 62 plays per game (58.9) and below a 60% pass rate (58.6%) in neutral game script, suggesting more volume for Kupp and Co. in 2023.
