Bill O'Brien believes QB T.J. Yates will start Sunday against the Jaguars.

Fantasy Impact: 

It will be a tough matchup for Yates and the Texans going against the Jags. Savage was concussed in Week 14 and likely has to sit out. Yates was the third QB for the Texans to continue to target Hopkins, so that's at least good news for Hopkins owners.
