Marshall is expected to win the WR3 job ahead of Moore and it sounds like he's taking advantage of his time. Keep in mind, Christian McCaffrey will also be heavily involved in the passing game and Marshall will play behind Anderson and D.J. Moore.

Rookie wide receiver Terrace Marshall has been the sparkling surprise among the offensive rookies in camp, drawing comparisons in stature to former Carolina receiver Mushin Muhammad and Hall-Of-Famer Michael Irvin.

Fantasy Impact:

Marshall has turned in some impressive catches through the first week. Marshall has been competing for the slot position alongside veteran David Moore, but HC Matt Rhule said Monday his top two receivers are still unquestionably D.J. Moore and Anderson.

Keep in mind, we don't yet know who tested positive and who may have just been in close contact. Obviously Moore and Samuel are the big fantasy players here so owners will have to monitor throughout the week. When we reported on Moore a few hours ago, it was noted he was dealing with an ankle injury so his status was in doubt anyway for Week 14. Anderson could end up as the WR1 if Moore and Samuel are out. The team hopes McCaffrey can play this week as well.

Fantasy Impact:

Heading into Week 14, Moore totaled 50 catches, 924 yards and four touchdowns on the season. But Moore was also dealing with a sprained ankle injury. In last week’s loss to the Vikings, Moore came down awkwardly in the end zone. Reports say he may not been able to play in Week 14 anyway. Anderson and Samuel would get a boost with guys like Zylstra, Kirkwood and Cooper moving up a spot on the depth chart. Anderson was already a pleasant surprise this year, a few extra targets could make him a nice play in Week 14.
