Jets HC: Adonai Mitchell considered week-to-week

Dennis Waszak Jr.

Sep 30 · 1:30 PM EDT

Aaron Glenn says RB Breece Hall, LG Dylan Parham, WR Adonai Mitchell, TE Mason Taylor and LB Kiko Mauigoa won't practice and are all considered "week to week."

Fantasy Impact:

Mitchell’s extended absence keeps Isaiah Williams in the secondary WR role, though Williams remains a low-ceiling option behind Wilson. Sadiq has the most interesting opportunity after producing more than 100 receiving yards in Week 3 with Mitchell and Mason Taylor sidelined. Taylor was also called week-to-week Wednesday, but that designation was initially reported last week.

Believed high-ankle sprain for Jets' Omar Cooper Jr.

Tom Pelissero

Sep 13 · 8:54 PM EDT

Jets rookie WR Omar Cooper Jr. is believed to have suffered a high-ankle sprain during Sunday's win over the Titans.

Fantasy Impact:

Cooper will undergo an MRI Monday to determine the extent of the injury and how much time he will miss. Cooper hauled in his lone target for 30 yards. Depending on the severity of the injury, Cooper could be a short-term injured reserve candidate. Garrett Wilson (6-79) and Adonai Mitchell (3-60) led the way in the passing game for the Jets while fellow rookie Kenyon Sadiq caught three passes and had a rushing touchdown in the win.
