The Packers activated RB Josh Jacobs and he will play Sunday against the Lions.
Jacobs was removed from the Commissioner's Exempt List before Week 6. Jacobs has reportedly looked "great" in practice, which should be great news as the Packers need all the help they can get in the run game. How much of a workload Jacobs gets in his first game remains to be seen, but he's easily a top-20 running back this week.

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith was ruled out for Monday's game against the Cowboys with a hamstring injury. RB Saquon Barkley (hamstring) is questionable.
Smith played last week against the Panthers and put up a 7-75-1 line. The Eagles are now seemingly managing Smith's injury. He did not practice all week and will not play Monday. The Eagles also ruled out WR Dontayvion Wicks (ankle).
As for Barkley, he is expected to play after missing the last two games. The Eagles have been hurting at the running back position, having also put Will Shipley, Tank Bigsby and Carson Steele on injured reserve. Dameon Pierce is the only other running back on the 53-man roster and Elijah Mitchell is on the practice squad.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (high-ankle sprain) will miss a third straight game Sunday against the Bengals after the Ravens downgraded Jackson to out for Week 7.
Jackson had practiced this week on a limited basis and there was a chance he would return this week after being initially listed as questionable. Instead, Tyler Huntley will make another start. Jackson could return in Week 8 for a key battle against the Bills.
