After seeing just four plays of action in his first four games with the 49ers, running back Brian Westbrook might see an increase in playing time just as his former team comes to town.

Tight end Delanie Walker is out at least one game -- and probably more -- with what he said was a high left ankle sprain. So the 49ers will look to others to pick up the slack Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Rookie Nate Byham might see more action in formations that call for two tight ends, but Byham's value to the 49ers is mostly as a blocker. Westbrook is likely to see an increase in playing time, as the 49ers search for personnel groups that give them matchup advantages.
