I do not see Christian Kirk or Braxton Berrios.

Cam Robinson is back.

Fantasy Impact:

It's not looking great for Kirk to suit up for Week 1. We'll see how much Noel rotates into the slot, but it's probably best to keep our exposure to only Nico Collins until we see how the target share spreads out behind him. Collins is in easy WR1 consideration.

The Raiders are signing WR Justin Shorter off their practice squad. He replaces the retired Amari Cooper on the 53.

Fantasy Impact:

Shorter just converted from TE to WR this season, so we wouldn't expect him to make enough of an impact to be fantasy-relevant. If anything, the trade-off from Cooper to Shorter should solidify the roles of the young options in Las Vegas.

It feels like we should panic, but players are limited in practice all the time (right?). We'll keep an eye on things but Robinson should be in our queues to plug in as an RB2 in case CMC is sidelined.

Comeback no more: Raiders WR Amari Cooper has informed the team that he no longer has the desire to play and intends to retire, per The Insiders.

Cooper had signed at the end of camp in a hopeful reunion with the team that drafted. Now, he’s headed home from Las Vegas.

Fantasy Impact:

Well that was short-lived. Meyers should continue to be in WR2/3 consideration, while it's best to take a wait-and-see approach for the young receivers behind him.
