Kyler Murray logged limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday and is expected to make his return in Week 13 against the Bears. Murray has been sidelined since Week 8, so the hope is that he is now close to full health and will not be at significant risk of aggravating the injury. Murray is our seventh-ranked quarterback for Week 13.
Hopkins has now logged two straight limited practices and is expected to play against the Chicago Bears this weekend. He may see his snaps scaled back in his return to the lineup but maintains WR2 status with obvious WR1 upside. He will likely be listed as questionable heading into the weekend, but fantasy managers should remain optimistic about his availability. Hopkins is currently our 22nd ranked wide receiver for Week 13.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown has been suspended for three games without pay due to misrepresenting his vaccination status.
There were reports that Antonio Brown was exposed (by his former chef) for acquiring a fake vaccination card, but those rumors were thought to be debunked by his agent. This suspension suggests otherwise. Whatever the case, AB did misrepresent his vaccination status under the NFL-NFLPA COVID-19 protocol. The league also suspended safety Mike Edwards, also of the Buccaneers. Both players have waived their right to appeal and will miss the next three games without pay. Brown is still dealing with the ankle injury that has sidelined him much longer than expected and was already slated to be out for the next 1-2 weeks. This latest off-field issue spells trouble for AB's future in the league.
