Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (elbow) hopes to be back for OTAs or minicamp

Ben Roethlisberger, who underwent season-ending surgery on his right elbow two weeks into the season, recently discussed his injury with Ron Cook of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. He also offered a hopeful timetable for his return.
