Panthers QB Bryce Young (ankle) misses Wednesday practice

Texans WR Nico Collins (concussion protocol) & WR Christian Kirk (hamstring) are both NOT practicing.

Nobody outside of the Texans' opponents wants to watch this offense without Nico Collins on the field, so let's hope he can log some practice time before the weekend. If both Collins and Kirk end up missing, either of the rookies (Noel/Higgins) would make for fine desperation WR4s.

Lamar Jackson (hamstring) jogged onto practice field about 20 mins into practice. It’s first practice appearance since straining his hamstring on a Sept. 28.
Mostly just did warmup throws while media was out there. Did run around a little bit.

Still early in the week, but this is fantastic news. If he's playing this weekend, we're starting him everywhere.

Bucs HC Todd Bowles told reporters that RB Bucky Irving (foot/shoulder) and WR Chris Godwin (fibula) will be out for Sunday’s game vs the Saints.

The Bucs’ bye is next week.

We should assume that all the players' roles from Week 7 should remain intact here in Week 8. That puts White in low-end RB1 consideration and Egbuka as a WR1, while Shepard and Johnson can be considered WR4-types in this big bye week.
