O.J. Howard done for the year with a torn Achilles

Buccaneers TE O.J. Howard will miss the rest of the season with a torn Achilles.

Fantasy Impact:

Very unfortunate news for Howard, who found the end zone for the second time this season in Tampa Bay’s win over the Chargers. The Bucs picked up Howard’s fifth-year option this offseason. For now, it’ll be Rob Gronkowski and Cameron Brate carrying the load at the position. The two combined for two catches Sunday for 32 yards (Gronk had 29), but Brate did catch his only pass in the end zone.
