Fantasy Football Tight End Streaming Week 3: Hockenson Hits a Hot Spot

Two weeks of football are officially behind us, which means we're starting to get something resembling an actual sample size. Or, at the very least, enough data to convince ourselves that we know what we're doing.
For streaming purposes, 4for4's Schedule-Adjusted Fantasy Points Allowed (aFPA) remains one of our primary tools for evaluating weekly matchup strength. These numbers won't begin incorporating the current season until after Week 3, so usage still carries plenty of weight while we wait for the matchup data to catch up.
As always, candidates for streaming must be rostered in no more than 40% of Yahoo fantasy leagues.

Week 2 Recap
Well, I said we had nowhere to go but up after Week 1. Apparently, we found another direction. AJ Barner gave us a nice goal-line touchdown to set us up for a usable afternoon, but we've yet to crack a TE1 finish through two weeks. Time to get off the schneid.
