Week 4 NFL Player Props: Best Player Props to Bet From Connor Allen
Week 3 Recap: I would say this has been the worst start to an NFL season of my betting career, but that simply isn’t true. Last year I was down over 10 units in the first three weeks. By the end of the season, I still wound up being up 36.5 units. That might seem hard to believe but you can see all of my bets here. For those of you tailing, stay patient. We will become profitable.
We got back-doored on two more quarterback unders last week with Mitch Trubisky and Tom Brady. Trubisky had thrown for only 150 yards with three minutes left in the game. The Browns had an opportunity to ice the game but couldn’t get it done. Terrified of getting beat over the top after the Jets' fiasco, the Browns sat back and let Trubisky get easy completions. He finished with 207 passing yards. The Bucs fell behind early but despite that, Brady was only at 180 passing yards until their last drive. He was struggling. Like the Browns, the Packers sat back and let Brady dink-and-dunk his way downfield for a 90-yard touchdown drive finishing with 271 passing yards. These were the third and fourth quarterback unders we lost in the past two weeks where they were less than 75% of the way to their prop prior to the final few minutes of the game. Brutal.
We also got hit by some injuries this week that shredded two props pretty quickly with both D’Andre Swift and Tua Tagovailoa getting banged-up mid-game. Both returned, but it really wasn’t the same, so those overs went to dust.
