This week’s cash game build is predicated on value running backs, making paying up for Justin Herbert ($7,200) relatively easy on a slate where the other top passers have tough matchups or are missing their primary pass-catchers. Over the last six weeks, the Chargers rank eighth in passing rate in neutral game script, with Herbert producing the second-most fantasy points per game at his position in that span. The Chargers carry the highest implied point total on the slate (27.75).
