Streaming Tight Ends: Week 10 Targets

Some familiar names popped up near the tops of the fantasy scoring board last week, and that will put the heat on us moving forward to find tight end streamers with the potential for TE1 output. To keep pace with the big names and their usage, we’ll continue to use a matchup-based strategy to find names along the waiver wire that can give us an immediate output.

For streaming purposes, 4for4’s Schedule-Adjusted Fantasy Points Allowed (aFPA) is a metric we rely heavily on to determine weekly matchup strength. As the season continues to progress and more data is available, aFPA becomes more and more reliable, using rolling 10-week data. Targets and efficiency metrics are also considered when choosing weekly streamers.

To provide the advice you can implement, candidates for streaming must be rostered in no more than 40% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues.

Week 9 Review

Another solid week of streaming the position, even with the “big three” of George Kittle (TE2), Travis Kelce (TE3), and Darren Waller (TE4) all making a Week 9 resurrection. Josiah Deguara was admittedly a very deep play but we were also under the assumption that Aaron Rodgers would be playing at the time of the write-up. We can live with four out of five picks finishing TE21 or higher.
