Week 14 Fantasy Football Practice News & Notes for Thursday

Jaguars QB Blake Bortles (right wrist) took full practice reps again Thursday. Bortles will be fine to face the Seahawks.

Patriots QB Tom Brady (achilles) missed practice Thursday. No worries here.

Broncos QB Paxton Lynch (ankle) missed practice again Thursday.

Dolphins QB Matt Moore (foot) missed practice Thursday.

Panthers QB Cam Newton (right shoulder) took limited practice reps again Thursday. ewton should continue to play through the injury though he has a tough matchup against the Vikings.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott (right hand) took full practice reps again Thursday. Prescott is “good to go” per Ian Rapoport.

Lions QB Matthew Stafford (right hand) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Stafford is not “out of the woods” with a bruised hand, though he should be able to play in a nice matchup against the Bucs. Tim Twentyman reported that he “spun the ball pretty well” on Thursday. He’s trending up.

Bills QB Tyrod Taylor (knee) returned to limited practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday practice. Taylor avoided a serious injury and his return to practice indicates that he may be able to play. Right now, we’re assuming that Nathan Peterman will draw the start.

Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston (ankle) took full practice reps again Thursday. Winston returned last week to throw for 270 yards and 2 touchdowns in a great matchup against the Packers. He has another good matchup against the Lions, who have yielded an average of 276 yards and 2.0 touchdowns to Joe Flacco and Case Keenum in the last two weeks.
