'Possibility' Buccaneers WR Mike Evans (collarbone) returns to practice

Adam Schefter on X

Dec 01, 2025 · 1:02 PM EST

Bucs HC Todd Bowles said “it's a possibility” that Mike Evans could return to practice this week.

Fantasy Impact:

The Bucs are slowly getting their weapons back on offense as Godwin was more involved this past week. The team also saw the return of running back Bucky Irving. Evans broke his collarbone in Week 7. Evans' return would put the Bucs at full strength at WR with Egbuka and Godwin forming the team's top-three. Evans' return would also hurt the fantasy value of Johnson and Shepard.

Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin "trending" on playing Week 12

Greg Auman

Nov 21, 2025 · 6:46 PM EST

Bowles says Chris Godwin is trending on playing Sunday vs. Rams.

Related Players: Emeka Egbuka, Tez Johnson, Sterling Shepard

Fantasy Impact:

Great news for fantasy managers, but we'd try to wait on starting him for another week, wherever possible. He could potentially be on a type of "snap count", which would keep him closer to the WR3/4 fringe than his typical WR2 role. He should be a much better Flex play moving forward.

Buccaneers RB Bucky Irving, Chris Godwin officially Out Week 11

Rick Stroud

Nov 14, 2025 · 12:23 PM EST

Bucs coach Todd Bowles said both Bucky Irving and Chris Godwin are out for Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

With Irving and Godwin out, we should expect White to be a fringe RB2/3 once again, Tucker a desperation FLEX/RB4 play, with Tez Johnson as a WR3. Egbuka is still a strong WR1 play.

Buccaneers RB Bucky Irving, WR Chris Godwin suit up again for Thursday practice

Pewter Report

Nov 13, 2025 · 11:30 AM EST

Bucky Irving and Chris Godwin Jr. were practicing again for the #Bucs.

No Ben Bredeson or Haason Reddick.

Related Players: Rachaad White, Sean Tucker, Tez Johnson, Sterling Shepard

Fantasy Impact:

We would assume the two would be in a limited role if Irving or Godwin do play this weekend, which would make White a fringe RB2/3 once again, with Tez Johnson as a WR3.

We'll know more after Friday's practice as to how much Irving/Godwin will be able to play in Week 11.
