Colts RB Marlon Mack (hamstring) returned to limited practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday practice. Mack hasn’t practiced in a while, so he’s still unlikely to play in Week 1, but his chances of suiting up just increased dramatically. If he can’t play, Jordan Wilkins would likely lead the backfield in touches.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday. It seems unlikely that Mack will return this week, which leaves Jordan Wilkins as the likely starter.

Sounds like Colts RB Marlon Mack's prognosis has improved. Reich said both he and Anthony Castonzo have made good progress over the past two days.

Related players: Jordan Wilkins, Nyheim Hines, Christine Michael.

Fantasy Impact: 

In last week's story about Mack, it said he wasn't a slam dunk to be ready for Week 1 with his bum hamstring. But this report certainly seems like there could be a chance, so owners will want to continue to monitor. If Mack is unable to suit up, it means more action for Wilkins, Hines and Michael.
