Rams HC Steve Spagnuolo said that rookie WR Greg Salas will play the slot while Danny Amendola is sidelined.

Fantasy Impact:

It sounds like Amendola will be back sooner rather than later, so don't go crazy trying to acquire Salas. But he is a decent stopgap option in PPR formats.

WR Danny Amendola came down hard following a 6-yard reception on the Rams’ first drive of the quarter, and left the field under his own power but was holding his left wrist close to his body. The Rams announced Amendola suffered a dislocated left elbow and he won’t return to the game. His season could be in jeopardy.

Fantasy Impact:

Greg Salas has a similar skill set as Amendola and could take over the role of slot receiver.
