Michael Vick, Jeremy Maclin ruled out for Thursday Night Football
La Canfora on Twitter: Eagles rule Michael Vick and Jeremy Maclin out for Thursday Night Football.
Fantasy Impact:
With Maclin out, look for Riley Cooper to get another start. He's a sneaky WR3/flex play against a mediocre Seattle secondary.

Jaylen Warren on his ankle injury:
“I could have (returned), but it was part of being smart. We got a lot of games ahead of us, so they’re looking out for me.”
Related players: Kenneth Gainwell, Kaleb Johnson
It's good news for Warren and his fantasy owners. And, it gives him a shot to play in Week 12's game at the Bears. Injury reports later this week will be key, and the game is an early Sunday contest so owners should have plenty of time to adjust either way. Gainwell should get the bulk of the work if Warren ends up not playing and the rookie Johnson will get some touches well.

Falcons wide receiver Drake London left Sunday’s loss to the Panthers with a knee injury and word is that he won’t be back for Week 12.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that London will not play against the Saints because of a PCL sprain.

Per the report, London could miss more games as a result of the injury as well. London leads the Falcons with 60 catches for 810 yards and six touchdowns this season. Word also just broke at that QB Michael Penix may be out for the season, leaving the QB duties to backup Kirk Cousins, who now looks to be without the team's top target. The names aren't household behind London, so the Falcons may look to target Pitts and Robinson more going forward. Robinson was second, behind London, with four catches in Week 11's loss to the Panthers.

ESPN sources: Falcons QB Michael Penix suffered a potentially season-ending knee injury during Sunday’s loss to the Panthers.
Related players: Kirk Cousins
Schefter went on to say Penix will be seeking a second opinion, but it is not encouraging, according to his post. The Falcons have been disappointing and inconsistent this season and sit at 3-7. However they are three games back of first place Tampa Bay. Despite rumors, the team kept Cousins, and he'll at least give them a shot week to week. We still need to know more about Penix's injury, but it sounds like Cousins is at least poised to start in Week 11, which is a winnable game on the road at the Saints. Cousins may very well be the starter to close out the season as well, and he's worth a pickup, especially in deeper leagues and superflex leagues.
