The team announced that wide receiver Dontrelle Inman was being placed on injured reserve, to make room for the addition of kicker Chase McLaughlin.

Inman left last week’s game in the fourth quarter with a quad injury, leaving them thinner still at the position. They were already without Mike Williams and Travis Benjamin.

The Chargers injury remains as bad as a team can get as they've lost another receiver to injury. We have yet to see any reports on Mike Williams or Travis Benjamin this week, but if they can't go, it will be down to Keenan Allen, Geremy Davis, Andre Patton and likely a call up from the practice squad. Austin Ekeler should also see a lot of work as a receiver.
