Just grabbed Adam Vinatieri was he headed to the bus. He said “you’ll here from me tomorrow.” I told him we don’t see him tomorrow. And he said, “Yeah, you will.”

Fantasy Impact:

Vinatieri has missed two field goals and three extra points in two games. Vinatieri was not scheduled to meet with the media on Monday but told Holder he would see him anyway, thus the retirement speculation.

Steelers WR Diontae Johnson remains in concussion protocol, according to Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Fantasy Impact:

Johnson would have to clear protocol and get in a limited practice of two over the next three days to play Sunday against the Titans (assuming the game is not postponed or cancelled). James Washington and Chase Claypool would vie for Ben Roethlisberger's attention if Johnson misses Week 4.

Phillip Lindsay (toe) limited Tuesday

Troy Renck of Denver ABC 7 reports that RB Phillip Lindsay was limited Tuesday because of a toe injury. Renck also said the practice conducted was a walk-through ahead of Thursday night's road game against the New York Jets.

Fantasy Impact:

Lindsay missed Sunday's loss to Tampa Bay and was trending towards playing Thursday when he was listed as doubtful Friday. The Broncos could use their full complement of backs to alleviate the pressure new starting QB Brett Rypien will be facing in his first start. If he does suit up, Lindsay is more of a flex option than locked-in starter.

Jamison Crowder (hamstring) believes he will play Thursday

Jets WR Jamison Crowder told reporters on Tuesday that he believes he will play Thursday, according to Brian Costello of the New York Post. "[Crowder] Said he did some cutting today and ran routes," tweeted Costello. "He has missed last 2 games with hamstring injury."

Fantasy Impact:

Good news for a Jets offense void of receiving talent due to injury. A healthy Crowder will be peppered with targets by Sam Darnold. The Jets slot receiver would fall into WR3 territory after missing two games.
