Here's what 4for4 Contributor Pat Fitzmaurice said (along with bid suggestions) about Tate's backups in this week's Waiver Wire Watch: Terrence West ($20 if Tate injury is major; $10 if minor) and Isaiah Crowell ($13 if Tate injury is major; $6 if minor) -- With the oft-injured Ben Tate felled by a knee injury early in the Browns’ Week 1 loss to the Steelers, Cleveland’s rookie running backs were given an early opportunity to show what they could do, and Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell both earned high marks in their first NFL test. West had 16 carries for 100 yards. Crowell ran five times for 32 yards and two TDs. Neither was targeted in the passing game. The recommended bid for West is higher based on Week 1 usage. But Crowell looked terrific in the final week of the preseason, then scored twice in his pro debut, and there are more than a few observers who believe he’s more talented than West. No matter which of the two you prefer – and you could make a solid case for either – you owe it to yourself to bid aggressively for one of the two unless you’re rock-solid at the RB position.

We would consider Tate's injury fairly significant and would recommend bidding aggressively depending on need. West has the inside track for more touches, in our estimation.
