Bengals RB Joe Mixon (foot) still "day-to-day"

Bengals Head Coach Zac Taylor told reporters on Wednesday that starting running back Joe Mixon is still "day-to-day" with his foot injury.

Fantasy Impact:

Mixon's situation is officially frustrating for fantasy managers. Mixon continues to miss practice and games but the Bengals refuse to provide any clarity on what exactly he is dealing with in his foot and how long it will take him to return. Giovani Bernard should remain rostered in fantasy leagues until we get some clarity on Mixon's timeline.

The Saints officially listed QB Derek Carr (left hand/concussion) as doubtful for Sunday vs. Washington. Jake Haener will make his first NFL start.

RB Alvin Kamara (illness) is off the injury report and good to go.

It would have been an easy click for a Kendre Miller week if Kamara were forced to miss, but this puts the kibosh on that. Fire Kamara up as an RB2 this week in a game that may feature him even more than usual with no Carr.
